In 2003-04

Based in Bangkok as Lowe’s Regional Director on Unilever for Asia Pacific, I led the highly successful Asian interpretation and deployment of Unilever’s global premium detergent idea “Dirt Is Good”. In India, Surf’s “Daag Acche Hain” and “Puddle Wars” ad are a result of this idea.

In 2005-06

I was Lowe’s Global Team Leader partnering Unilever in reshaping a small four-country Asian brand Clear into a global challenger to P&G’s Head & Shoulders, helping it on the road to being another proud member of Unilever’s billion-dollar brands.

In 2009-10

As Global Team Leader on Unilever’s Hair Category at JWT based in London, I led the global re-launch of Sunsilk, putting the brand back on the path to growth in 60+ countries.

In 2011-13

As Global Brand Director of airtel based in New Delhi, I orchestrated the resurgence of the airtel brand through a youth targeted repositioning and breakthrough campaigns such as Har Friend Zaroori Hain and Jo Mera Hai, Woh Tera Hai. I also helped create similar ads in Nigeria and Bangladesh.
